Since the formative first year, The Palm Springs Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence have been a continuing presence in the Coachella Valley at various community events “Expiating Stigmatic Guilt and Promulgating Universal Joy” while collecting monies to provide grants to local LGBT charities.
